Lafayette’s Parks, Arts, Recreation & Culture (PARC) Department invites the public to join in a FREE community celebration at the Pink Picnic with PARC, recognizing Breast Cancer Awareness Month on Friday, October 17, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Girard Park Pavilion (500 Girard Park Drive, Lafayette, LA). We will honor survivors, raise awareness, and support those impacted by breast cancer. Community members of all ages are encouraged to wear pink, bring their favorite picnic snacks, and enjoy food, dancing, and wellness.
