The Acadia Parish Chamber of Commerce will hold the 15th Annual Gumbo Cook-Off Saturday, October 27th at the Frog Festival Pavilion in Rayne.  Teams will be competing for the title of Gumbo Champion 2018 in three categories – seafood, non-seafood with homemade roux and a category for pre-made roux.

Live entertainment by Radio Zydeco beginning at 11 a.m.  Gumbo will be ready to sample at noon. $10 admission for all you can sample gumbo.
