This celebration is a family-friendly Mardi Gras event with fun jumps, face painting, and a children’s chicken run in the afternoon.

9am – Chicken Run/Trail Ride
9am – Cook-Off begins
1pm – Gumbo judging
1:30pm – Children’s Chicken Run
2pm – Fais DoDo Live Music
