Wild Turkeys Are Terrorizing a New Jersey Retirement Community

Residents of an Ocean County, New Jersey retirement community say their getting terrorized by wild turkeys.

It’s mating season for turkeys, which means they can get pretty aggressive.  Residents say a group of 40-60 wild turkeys has been behaving aggressively, pecking cars, attacking people, and breaking windows.  Local animal control officers are not licensed to trap wildlife, so it seems nothing can be done.
