Trying to capitalize on the home and residential growth in the Carencro area, the landowner of the property that the former Dominique’s Stockyard stood is looking at a ten-acre mixed-use development anchored by the existing Walgreens. The project is now being presented to potential developers. Construction dates are still some time off.
