In a truly bizarre story coming out of KGTV in San Diego, a woman says she dreamt she swallowed her engagement ring, then woke up to find that it really happened.
Jenna Evans says she was having a dream that she was fighting some bad guys on a train with her fiance. In the dream, Evans says her fiance told her to swallow her engagement ring to protect it. So, she did. Evans woke up to find the ring was missing from her finger.
“When I woke up and it was not on my hand, I knew exactly where it was,” Evans said. “It was in my stomach.”
The woman went to a local hospital where an upper endoscopy was performed to remove the ring from her stomach. Evans says she now takes the ring off when she sleeps.
