Alert! New online trend! People are texting their “number neighbor” and then posting the screenshots of the conversation on social media.
What is a “number neighbor” ? It’s the person whose phone number is one digit different than yours. The phrase stems from ’text door neighbor’, a term which was born in 2008.
So if your number is 555-5555, (don’t text this one, you may end up in a conversation with a lawyer) you would text the person whose number is 555-5556.
