How do you start your day? Do you have 1 ‘go to’ every morning? Does it help you start your day on the right track?
2,000 people took part in a survey from OnePoll, and had to name the top morning routine that helped them have a good day.

According to the results, here are the top five –
- A cup of coffee.
- Waking up after getting enough sleep.
- A morning shower.
- Listening to music while you’re getting ready, or in your car.
- Eating a light breakfast, but nothing too heavy.
