Five Morning Routines Needed For a Good Day

How do you start your day? Do you have 1 ‘go to’ every morning? Does it help you start your day on the right track?

2,000 people took part in a survey from OnePoll, and had to name the top morning routine that helped them have a good day.

According to the results, here are the top five –

  • A cup of coffee.
  • Waking up after getting enough sleep.
  • A morning shower.
  • Listening to music while you’re getting ready, or in your car.
  • Eating a light breakfast, but nothing too heavy.
