A San Francisco Man, Reuben Harper, is suing the makers of Oreo cookies because of thier claim that the cookies are made with real cocoa.
The lawsuit states that Oreo is made with alkalized cocoa which is processed and lacks the health benefits that real cocoa provides. Reuben says Oreo is misrepresenting themselves.
Could it be Reuben is fooling himself if he is looking for health benefits in Oreo cookies?
