Despite the failure of the AAF, the XFL will return in February 2020 and the commissioner says they may not test for marijuana.

The league returns in February of 2020 and will try to do things very different from the NFL. XFL Commissioner, Oliver Luck, told Sports Illustrated he’d “prefer not to test for marijuana.” The rules are not set, but could be groundbreaking.
