He has a girlfriend, but he’s been cheating on her with one of his coworkers and he was planning to dump his girlfriend and propose to the coworker. But on New Year’s Eve, he was with his girlfriend at a party where other people were proposing and he drunkenly got swept up in it and proposed to her. Once he sobered up, he went on Reddit to ask how you UN-PROPOSE to someone and if you can legally get the ring back.
But finally, after lots of people called him an idiot, he posted an update he decided that marrying his girlfriend is the right move, so he’s not going to mention any of this to her and he’s going to end things with his coworker and quit his job.
