The LSU Tigers coming off a huge victory last Saturday against Auburn are set to face Louisiana Tech on Saturday at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge.
The game will be broadcast on ESPNU. LSU is 3-0 for the first time since starting 7-0 in 2015. LSU won at least its first three games for nine straight seasons from 2007-2015. Joe Burrow is 3-0 as LSU’s starting quarterback and he’s the only LSU QB to beat a pair of Top 10 teams in his first three starts. Nick Brossette has gone over the 100-yard rushing mark twice this year and currently ranks No. 5 in the SEC in rushing yards per game at 110.3. LSU PK Cole Tracy ranks first among all active collegiate kickers with 76 career field goals. The graduate transfers kicked 68 at DII Assumption College and now has eight to his credit at LSU.
