A guy was easily identified and busted when he attempted to steal his neighbor’s package.
Somebody’s doorbell cam at an apartment complex in Upland, California filmed a neighbor stealing their package. He’s walking his dog, and you can see him staring at their front door as he goes around a corner and out of sight. Eight seconds later he comes back with his shirt pulled over his head and takes their package.
The owner contacted the police and the guy was cited for petty theft. Check out the video below!
