Almost 100 people in Colorado got stuck in a muddy field when they took a Google Maps shortcut.
A large crash leading to the Denver airport had motorists looking for a detour on Sunday. The shortcut happened to be a very simple dirt road through a field that Google Maps shouldn’t ever suggest. The road was muddy and some all-wheel-drive vehicles suited for offroading made it, nearly 100 vehicles got stuck.
