Elvis Presley’s iconic blue suede shoes, worn by the singer during the 1950s, are set to be auctioned by Henry Aldridge & Son in Wiltshire. The shoes, expected to fetch between £100,000 and £120,000, were eventually given to Presley’s friend Alan Fortas when he joined the American army. The shoes, size 10.5, have been verified by a close friend of Presley and come with a certificate of authenticity. Additionally, a sterling silver Tigers Eye Necklace worn by the singer will also be up for sale at the auction. The shoes and other items, including a suit and black velvet loafers, offer fans a chance to own a piece of music history.
