Panera is set to introduce nine new menu items, including the Bacon Mac & Cheese pasta, as part of its biggest menu transformation yet. The bakery chain will also update 12 current items with enhanced recipes, offering more delicious flavors to customers. The new entrees will feature guest-inspired flavors and ingredients like tangy white cheddar sauce and Applewood smoked bacon. The menu update will also include new sandwiches and salads priced under $10, with exclusive sneak peeks for MyPanera rewards members in March. However, the update does not include changes to drinks, amid lawsuits over the safety of its caffeinated lemonade chargers.
