Chick-fil-A has introduced drone delivery at one of its locations in Brandon, Florida. Customers can place an order through the app and select “Chick-fil-A” delivery to have their meal delivered by drone. The drone will fly to the customer’s location within a 1.2-mile radius to drop off the food. This is not the first time Chick-fil-A has used innovative methods for food delivery, as the company has previously tested autonomous delivery vehicles and robots serving food at select locations.
