Disney Animation’s iconic film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs has received a 4K restoration to commemorate The Walt Disney Company’s 100th anniversary. The restored version of the movie will be released on Disney+ on October 16th. The restoration was undertaken by the Walt Disney Studios Restoration and Preservation team, working closely with key artists from Walt Disney Animation Studios. However, while Disney is promoting the restoration, they are also making a live-action remake of the film that deviates from the original story and has been controversial among fans.
