Prince Harry has spoken of his “unravelling” after his tour of Afghanistan, which he said triggered the trauma from the death of his mother. In his Heart of Invictus Netflix docu-series, Harry speaks of his experience with mental illness and his desire to reduce the stigma around it. He also speaks of his lack of support structure and his journey to understanding his emotions. The series is part of the Sussexes’ multimillion-pound deal with Netflix and will be released in the run-up to the Invictus Games in Düsseldorf, Germany. Harry is expected to travel to Germany for the entirety of the tournament, while Meghan will join him shortly after the games begin.
