Actor, producer and investor Ryan Reynolds has signed a deal with Welsh public service network S4C to curate a ‘Welsh Wednesdays’ block on his Fubo channel in the U.S. This six-hour block will feature Welsh-language content from S4C, including drama series, documentaries, entertainment formats and sport. The deal will showcase Welsh culture, language and talent to a global audience and benefit the entire creative sector and talent pool in Wales. UK Government Media Minister John Whittingdale praised the deal, saying it will allow millions of people across the US to experience the best TV shows from S4C.
