The New Orleans Pelicans will hold a free clinic for kids on Wednesday, October 12, with no registration required.
Parents or guardians must sign a waiver prior to the clinic. Kids will learn from Pelicans officials and members of the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns Women’s Basketball team.
The clinic will follow the 4 p.m. press conference, hosted by Pelicans officials and the Lafayette Parks, Arts, Recreation, and Culture Department (PARC), announcing a new PARC youth basketball league recently launched by the National Basketball Association (NBA) and Women’s National Basketball Association’s at the Dupuis Recreation Center, 1212 E. Point des Mouton Road.
The Clinic will also be held at the Dupuis Recreation Center from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
