On the festival’s official Facebook page, it was announced that Voodoo Festival “will take a pause in 2021” and is expected to return in 2022.
The announcement comes as New Orleans Mayor Latoya Cantrell has yet to approve any festivals for the fall, saying vaccination rates must be higher.
