Hollywood is mourning the loss of beloved actress Olympia Dukakis.
She is best known for her Oscar-winning role in Moonstruck. She’s also starred in several movies, TV shows, and Broadway shows, including Steel Magnolias, Look Who’s Talking, Cloudburst, Mr. Holland’s Opus, and Over the Hill.
Several stars went to social media to honor her, including Cher, Sally Field, Diane Warren, Viola Davis, George Takei, and Bradley Whitford.
Olympia is survived by her three children. She was 89 years old.
