Alleged Speeder Arrested After Posting Video on Social Media

Indiana State Police have arrested a man on reckless driving charges after videos of him driving were allegedly shared on social media.

 
 

33-year-old Gabriel Sleiman of Indianapolis, Indiana is facing reckless driving charges.  Indiana State Police began their investigation of Sleiman after a video of a black Lamborghini was uploaded to YouTube.  In the video, the car is seen accelerating up to 213 miles-per-hour.  The speed limit was 55.

 
 

Police say they identified social media posts of Sleiman talking about street racing and purchasing his Lamborghini.  Sleiman claims the video was “deceptively edited.”

 
 

According to court records, Gabriel has 15 speeding tickets dating back to 2006.
