Mom Goes Viral After Accidentally Giving Her Kids Rotten-Flavored Skittles for a Month

A mom in Texas has gone viral for a Facebook post about how she unknowingly gave her kids some rotten-flavored candy for a month.

Emily Massingill said she told her kids they were being ungrateful and were not going to get candy ever again if they kept complaining about the candy she would give them. For a month, Emily said she would occasionally give her kids a pack of Skittles and they would complain about the taste.

It turns out that the Skittles were actually Halloween-inspired Zombie Skittles that have some terrible, rotten-flavored candies mixed in with the regular ones.

“If you’re feeling like a bad mom today, don’t worry – I fed these skittles to my kids for a solid month not realizing there is one skittle in there that taste like rotting flesh or 54 dirty diapers in the garbage. They kept telling me they didn’t like the skittles, and I told them to either eat them or they wouldn’t get any more candy ever again if they’re gonna be ungrateful”
