Dunkin’ has announced that it will close 800 stores in 2020.
The company says the closures that include 450 locations in Speedway gas stations. The move will help the company focus on its independent locations.
Dunkin’ said on Tuesday that sales in U.S. shops open for at least a year declined 18.7% over a three month period ending on June 27 due to the economic impact of the COVID-19 outbreak.
