The New Iberia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in seeking the identity of an armed robbery suspect.

“The New Iberia Police Department is asking for you assistance in identifying the suspect in an armed robbery incident.
On June 29, 2020, at 11:57 p.m., Officers responded to an armed robbery of a business located in the 600 block of West Admiral Doyle Drive.
After arriving on the scene, Officers found that an individual entered the business threatening people while armed with a firearm. The subject then stole items before fleeing the store in a grey colored car, believed to be a Nissan Versa.
Images of the suspect and suspect’s vehicle was obtained from video surveillance equipment.
