50-year-old Ronald Joseph Gallagher of Montana was arrested on several charges back in May.
Along with charges of resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct, Gallagher was charged with possession of marijuana. In a booking photo from the Missoula County jail, Gallagher can be seen wearing a “DRUG FREE” t-shirt.
