Southside High Pays Tribute to Head Coach Tony Robichaux

The Southside Sharks Baseball team will be paying tribute to Coach Tony Robichaux during Friday afternoon’s game against Teurlings.

All Shark jerseys have #36 with “Robichaux” on the nameplate and #36 on the back of their caps, honoring the longtime head coach of the UL baseball team.

Comeaux High and Lafayette High Baseball Teams have also paid tribute during the past week to the Ragin’ Cajuns Coach for 25 seasons. Tony Robichaux passed away on July 3, 2019 after suffering a heart attack several days earlier. He was 57.
