Pillsbury will make all of its cookie dough safe to eat raw by the Summer of 2020.
Of course, safe-to-eat raw cookie dough already existed by the brand, but Pillsbury will transition every version of their cookie dough to the safe-to-eat method, which uses heat-treated flour and pasteurized eggs.
