Comeaux High Baseball Team Honors Tony Robichaux

The Comeaux High baseball team wore unique uniforms Tuesday for their game against Carencro. All Spartans jerseys had #36 with “Robichaux” on the nameplate, honoring the longtime head coach of the UL baseball team.

The Spartans defeated the Carencro Bears 3-2.

Tony Robichaux coached the Ragin Cajuns for 25 seasons. He passed away on July 3, 2019, after suffering a heart attack several days earlier. He was 57.
