Former “Empire” actor, Jussie Smollett has been indicted among allegations that he falsely reported being a victim of a hate crime.
Special prosecutor, Dan Webb was appointed by a Cook County judge to investigate the allegations that Smollett staged a hate crime hoax. The Cook’s County Clerk’s Office confirmed that the actor has been indicted.
