69-year-old Sylvia Shumaker from Largo, Florida has been arrested for allegedly misusing 911.
Police say Shumaker called and texted the emergency number to make non-criminal complaints about her husband. Shumaker asked for things like a counselor and how to file for divorce. Police say Shumaker was highly intoxicated at the time of the arrest.
