Toilet paper company, Charmin, is developing a robot that delivers toilet paper to those stranded without any.
The cute, bear-designed “RollBot” is designed to do one thing, be a lifeline to someone desperately in need! The robot is armed with a payload of toilet paper and can be activated by a smartphone. It’s designed to use infrared sensors to navigate around your home and save you in your crucial time of need.
Charmin says the “conceptual prototype” will be at the annual consumer technology expo CES in Las Vegas this week. The company has not stated whether the robot will actually be released as a consumer product.
