According to Facebook user Yoshi Mccree, this “IT” Halloween costume was purchased on Wish.com… an online shopping site that offers discounted merchandise, but is known to be risky, occasionally having low-quality products. This, apparently, is one of those occasions of low-quality merchandise.
The viral picture got over 110K shares in less than 24-hours.
