When one of your coworkers calls in sick, what is your first thought,? “Oh, he’s definitely faking and now I dislike him even more than I did before?” Does some jealousy kick in? Are you happy they called in sick?
This new survey from Metro, 6% of people say they get angry when someone calls in sick.
19% of people wouldn’t go that far, but they say they do get frustrated when someone frequently calls in sick.
1/3 of people say they’ve exaggerated how sick they were when they called off of work to make sure no one judges them. Renee and Chris inside The BIG Morning Show, talked about being happy when co workers call in sick! Reason – keep your sick germs to yourself, it’s better for 1 person to be sick than 20.
