Is Modern Life So Stressful That We Need More Sleep

We’re not sure about you, but doing The BIG Morning Show, we’re up early and barely get the recommended amount of sleep.

According to the New York Post and sleep researchers out of Penn State University, modern life has been so stressful that now we really need eight-and-a-half hours of sleep to be healthy.

All of the distractions we take during the day are making it harder for us to fall asleep, or go back to sleep when we wake up in the middle of the night.

We really need eight-and-a-half hours in bed to get eight actual hours of sleep.

The study says,  if you move up from six or seven hours of sleep a night to eight or eight-and-a-half, you might be surprised at how high of a level you can operate on.

After reading this, will YOU go to bed early tonight?
