Local teenager, Anais Alleman, has been battling AML since 2015. She has spent over 20 months at Texas Children’s Hospital, received 2 bone marrow transplants, but relapsed again in early July. Anais is currently still in the hospital, going thru tests to determine her best treatment option. Anais and her family are in great spirits, filled with faith and hope, and praying for a cure. Recently, Anais was able to spend some time with the Houston Texans cheerleaders and their minicamp at Texas Children’s Hospital. Anais was interviewed by ABC 13 news in Houston, watch the video below. Before Anais was diagnosed with AML she was a cheerleader at Notre Dame High School.
