Diesel’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, has denied the claims, stating that there is clear evidence refuting the allegations. Jonasson filed the lawsuit under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act, which allows plaintiffs to sue alleged abusers even if the statute of limitations has expired. According to court documents, Jonasson accuses Diesel of groping, kissing her without consent, and forcing her to touch his penis before he began masturbating. She also claims that Diesel’s sister fired her shortly after the alleged assault took place.
