The ratings steadily continue to tank for ‘Saturday Night Live’.
After premiering its 47th season with the worst SNL ratings of all time, the show got a little bump in the following week with Kim Kardashian West as the host and Halsey as the musical guest, scoring 3.8, 1.6. However, this past weekend (10/16/21), the show was back to setting new lows in metered markets.
The Rami Malek-hosted telecast drew a 3.4 household Live + Same Say rating in the 44 metered local markets and 1.3 in the key demographic category in the 25 markets with local people meters.
Still, according to Deadline, ratings are expected to be up next week as an Emmy winner, Jason Sudekis will host.
