Reports are CBS is going to pass on airing the ACM Awards.
The Academy of Country Music Awards has aired on CBS since 1998 and is now searching for a new network.
Dick Clark Productions is reportedly looking for a $22 million licensing fee for the show despite losing half its viewership since 2018. NBC seems to be the frontrunner for the show in a deal that would include the renewal of The Golden Globes.
The ACM Awards will be back in Las Vegas on April 24, 2022.
