State Trooper Pulls Over Vehicle with Camping Chair Instead of Driver’s Seat

Wisconsin State Patrol says they recently pulled over a vehicle that had a camping chair instead of a driver’s seat.

According to police, a trooper stopped a pickup truck for an equipment violation.  The trooper noticed the vehicle was not equipped with seats and the driver was seated in a camping chair.

Wisconsin state law does require seats.  Police shared a photo of the vehicle and posted a comment saying “you don’t see that every day.”

They did not say if the driver was cited.
