CVS Now Booking Covid-19 Vaccination Appointments For 570,000 In 17 States
The COVID-19 vaccine is heading to CVS Pharmacy starting Thursday (February 25th). 570,000 doses of the vaccine will be available in 17 states across the nation including Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Louisiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
Originally CVS received 250,000 doses when it rolled out in 11 states, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia. The pharmacy is able to administer 20-25 million doses a month and hopes to do so as more becomes available.
