Does This Tupperware Hack Really Get Rid of Stains?

A TikTok video is going viral showing a ‘Tupperware hack’ that helps clean grease and even the red stains off of old Tupperware.

The procedure is pretty simple.

1. Add dish soap

2. Add warm water

3. Add pieces of ripped up paper towel (supposedly this makes the difference)

4. Close the lid and shake for 45 seconds to 1-minute

5. Rinse

It’s hard to imagine that this method would work any better than soaking your Tupperware in dishwater and hand-washing it, but the video has received hundreds of thousands of likes and comments from people saying it works.
