VIDEO: Rare All-Red Rainbow in England

A monochromatic, “all-red” rainbow appeared in Birmingham, England recently.

Check out a video below of the all-red rainbow!  Apparently, monochrome rainbows can occur when the sun is close to the horizon, like a sunrise or sunset.
