From Lafayette Police:
On June 14, 2020 at approximately 2:00 am, officers with the Lafayette Police Department responded to a disturbance involving a firearm in the 400 Blk of Jefferson St.
Once on scene, officers located three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds to their upper torso, and two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds to their lower torso.
Medical assistance was provided to the individuals prior to being transported to a local hospital.
Four individuals were transported to a local hospital and are in stable condition. One of the individuals refused any further medical assistance and was not transported to a the hospital. All individuals are listed in stable condition.
This investigation is ongoing.
