The Parishwide Task Force for COVID-19 has announced on Thursday a parish-wide curfew that will be enforced from 9 PM – 6 AM. All municipalities in Acadia Parish will be taking part in the curfew.
This is in line with Governor John Bel Edwards Stay at Home order that is expected to be extended through April 30th this afternoon. The only exceptions will be going to and from work or in the case of an emergency. For those going to and from their job, you must carry a notice stating where you work and your schedule. This curfew will remain in effect until further notice.
