82-year-old Willie Murphy of Rochester, New York is not your ordinary elderly woman. Murphy is a bodybuilder with some impressive feats for her age. She’s a regular at the YMCA and says she can deadlift 225 lbs.

A home invader had to learn the hard way on Thursday (November 21, 2019). Murphy said she hid in the shadows and waited while a younger man broke through her door and into her home. Then, she gave him the business.
The 82-year-old woman says she lifted a table and hit the man with it, breaking the table before she proceeded to jump on top of him. Murphy said she squirted a whole bottle of shampoo in the invader’s face and eyes, then started beating him with a broom. Murphy was dragging the suspect out of her house when the police arrived.
