Fisker has announced the Ocean, an affordable, all-electric SUV will debut January 4th, 2020.

The SUV is expected to have a range of 250-300 miles on a full charge and will cost less than $40,000. The vehicle will have a full-length solar roof to boost the range, providing up to 1,000 extra ‘clean’ miles a year according to Fisker. The Fisker Ocean has carpeting made from abandoned fishing net waste pulled from oceans, no doubt inspiring the name.
The vehicle is scheduled for production by the end of 2021 and will begin high-volume deliveries sometime in 2022.
