Commonly known as a Ratfish, this deep-sea creature has been around for around 300 million years. But catching one isn’t common. The fish is a relative of the shark but isn’t considered a threat to humans.
The fish was actually already dead by the time Lindahl got it above water. So what did he do with the dinosaur-like fish? He took it home and cooked it. According to an interview with The Sun newspaper, it described it as “really tasty”. We’ll take his word for it.
